The idea to simplify door hardware and security installation for homebuilders came from firsthand observation—seeing how small inefficiencies could add up to costly setbacks. That insight inspired the creation of EWS Safes & Security in 2015, which eventually evolved into Turnkey—a leading integrator of access control and security solutions for the commercial construction market.

A Dallas-based developer approached our team during the early stages of a new multifamily project, The Willow. With crime rates on the rise in the city, they needed a security solution that could both protect residents and align with the luxury standard of their build. SOLUTION
Leveraging our expertise in multifamily security, we designed and installed a turnkey solution built around Accentra access control, integrated security cameras, and speaker systems.
