Multifamily Midrise
PROBLEM:
This existing Class A property needed a complete access control upgrade. The current system was outdated, clunky, and difficult for staff to manage. This is something we see often in the multifamily space, where older systems create more frustration than convenience. The client needed a modern, user-friendly solution that matched the property’s high standards.
SOLUTION:
Turnkey replaced the outdated system with a Brivo access control platform while reusing much of the existing infrastructure to keep the project within budget. The property now benefits from a modern, cloud-based access control system that can easily expand to include unit entry doors in the future.
This upgrade provides the developer and property management team with a secure, reliable system that will serve residents for years to come. Access control is now one less thing they need to worry about in their daily operations.
