They became the first builder of their kind to truly consider homeowners’ need for secure storage, whether for firearms, medications, important documents, cash, or jewelry.
The program quickly became a customer favorite. Turnkey manages every part of the process from safe procurement and delivery to installation and homeowner training. In addition, we partner directly with Schlage to supply door locks, keypads, and all interior hardware. As always, Turnkey oversees the entire lifecycle including procurement, planning, installation, and ongoing support.
SOLUTION:
Turnkey expanded its role beyond hardware installation by implementing a secure cloud-based management system for each property’s deadbolts and locks. This innovation eliminated the need for manual code resets or costly rekeys whenever a builder or contractor misplaced a key or access code, saving time, money, and hassle while enhancing overall security.
